The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) has issued a circular guiding schools on the administration of the 2026 KJSEA projects.
According to the directive, all schools are required to ensure that learner projects are completed, assessed, and submitted by 30th August 2026 in line with the official assessment timetable.
KNEC has emphasized strict compliance with the set timelines to ensure smooth moderation and standardization of the national assessment process. Teachers and school administrators have been urged to properly supervise learners and maintain accurate records during project implementation.
The council further noted that all project work must strictly follow the approved guidelines, and schools are expected to ensure proper documentation for verification and accountability purposes.
